Every entry in Maktabah is reviewed against four standards before publishing:

1. Scholarly authenticity — sourced from mainstream classical scholarship.
2. Educational value — structured, beneficial, and substantive.
3. Production quality — audio and video clear enough to learn from.
4. Source legitimacy — uploaded by the speaker, their institution, or a long-standing trusted channel.
